What is the dissolved hydrogen concentration?
It is the concentration of hydrogen water and is a numerical value that indicates how much hydrogen is dissolved.It is displayed in ppm. (Parts per million)

It is easy to think that the higher the dissolved hydrogen concentration is better to choose , but it seems not so. It is estimated that the limit value of the dissolved hydrogen concentration that is effective is 0.4 ppm. It is said that there was no difference in the effect with hydrogen water with a concentration higher than 0.4 ppm.
60% of hydrogen that enters the body is discharged
Studies have shown that about 60% of the hydrogen that enters the body is excreted by breathing. In other words, if you drink 1.0ppm hydrogen water, about 40%, 0.4ppm, will remain in your body.
Hydrogen will be released from water immediately
