Checkout Process
Placing an order will mean that you’ve agreed to Terms & Conditions -- please read and understand all of our policies before your order.
We cannot accept orders by email, postal mail, or fax.
Please place your order through our website "Wholesale Japan".
Whenever you come up with an item you'd like to purchase, click the Add to Cart button on the item page. When you're finished shopping and want to checkout, click View Cart to open your Cart page.
1. View your shopping cart
Here, you can make quantity changes to your item, remove items, view shipping estimates.
When you're ready to check out, click the Checkout button.
2. Create New Account (for New customers only)
All new customers will need to fill in and complete the form provided. After you’ve completed the form, click Create my account. You'll need to confirm your account using the link sent to your email address before you can log in and continue placing your order.
Existing customers will need to log in if they haven't already. Once logged in, you'll move directly to Step 3.
3. Shipping
Here, you’ll select your preferred shipping address. If you prefer to use the express checkout, please select the method which you prefer.
The details of your order will be shown on the right side of the page. Make sure that you have the correct item and quantity.
Once you’ve typed in the information, click Continue to shipping.
Calculated shipping fee and method that you can use will be shown. If you agree, click Continue to payment.
4. Payments
On this page, choose your preferred payment method.
Carefully review your order details on the right side of the page and make any necessary changes. Because payments are processed immedeately for in-stock items, it’s important to make sure your order is correct before clicking the Place order button. We urge you to check and double-check your order details, first.
When you’re ready, click Pay now to complete your order.
5. Thank you!
At this point, we have received your order. We will send an Order Confirmation or Order Acknowledgement to you by email once your order is in our system.
